Some kind fairies undertook a full chip count of the half of the room that was eating dinner at the end of the first Level 6, and they established that, as I previously mentioned, our current chip leader is Mr. Mark Barlow on just over 100k – 105,100, to be precise. He is by no means guaranteed to hang on to those chips, though – he is right now sharing a table with EPT winner Julian Thew and WPT National winner Morten Mortensen, both of whom would presumably love nothing more at this time than to relieve Mr. Barlow of some of his chips.
Other players in the already-ate section of the cardroom who are doing well at this time include Nathan Dippie (78.2k), Haresh Thaker (77k) and Hristo Georgiev (75.5k). We’ll have chip counts from the still-eating section of the room shortly.
