Charmpilas Chips Up

Before his table went into the dinner break, a lengthy hand broke out between Periklis Charmpilas and Padraig O’Neill with bets of 3,6000 and 5,500 already pulled in. The completed board showed :::Ah{10d}:::7h:::5d:::Jc and Charmpilas now made it expensive, tossing in a bet of 15,300.

O’Neill gave it more than two minutes into the dinner break and the clock was called on him, but before tournament director Kenny Hallaert had arrived, O’Neill had already called and mucked as soon as Charmpilas flashed :::Kh:::Qs for the nut straight.
