Coulier, the Greatest Player of All-Time

Tino De Zutter raised to 3,200 from the cutoff and was called by Arne Coulier and Steve Van Boxstael in the blinds.

They all checked through the 3♣Q♦3♠ on the flop to the 5♦ on the turn. Coulier bet 1,100 and was told it was a minimum of 1,200 and added the extra chip worth 100. Only De Zutter called.

The 2♠ on the river completed the board. Coulier glanced at De Zutter and bet 1,300 and got called. Coulier tabled A♠T♦ and was beaten by the 4♠2♦ of De Zutter who had rivered two pair to take the pot down.

Some banter went back and forth over the table about value-bets etc. Coulier then said the following as a joke:

“I’m the greatest player of all-time, just after Phil Hellmuth off course!”
