No luck for Egi Adriaans
Egi Adriaans was known as the donkey today, but unfortunately the suit did not give him the profit he was hoping for. Adriaans was knocked out and we caught bits and pieces of his elimination.
The new player to Adriaans’ left was giving him a lot of trouble and he decided to fold ace-ten on a ten high board to a re-raise. Not too long after that Adriaans ended up with :::7s :::7x on a :::3s :::6s :::9s flop against the same player. Adriaans check-raised from 2,300 to 4,800 and his opponent called.
On the turn the :::2x hit and Adriaans committed himself by betting 9,000. His opponent sighed and moved all in with :::Ks :::Kx and Adriaans called for just a bit more. The Dutch-Belgian player was knocked out when the river did not bring his final out and Adriaans was gone.
