First Blood to Almeida

First hand back, official short stack Pierre Almeida opened the betting with a min-raise from the cutoff. Chip leader Mateusz Moolhuizen called in the big blind and they saw a flop.

Moolhuizen checked to Almeida who bet 55,000. After a short pause, Moolhuizen made the call and everybody got to see a turn.

Turn: :::9s

Moolhuizen checked again, but this time Almeida quietly announced all in for around 320,000. Moolhuizen appeared unsurprised, but he still took perhaps 30 seconds to make the fold.

Almeida is now up to around 555,000. Moolhuizen’s massive stack was barely even dented.
