Kenneth Heinsvig has enjoyed a last-minute reprieve, getting his last 6,500 in from the button with K-J and getting a call from Carlos Sanchez Diaz in the big blind – the shove had been so tiny in relation to the blinds that Diaz had seen fit to make the call with 2-9. The board rolled out 7-8-K-8-8 making Heinsvig a very pretty full house, and he doubled up to a princely, er, 14k. That’s around nine big blinds. Still, he’s in with a chance. Only time will tell whether Heinsvig will make it to Day 2…
