Huge Bluff by van Oosterhout Doesn’t Work Out
Paul Vergeer opened to 55,000 with the :::Kd:::Kh and Vincentius van Oosterhout flat-called with the :::2c:::2s, Mateusz Moolhuizen also called from the button with :::Ks:::9s.
On the flop :::5h{10d}:::5c, Vergeer continued for 90,000 and just van Oosterhout called. The {10s} came on the turn and now Vergeer checked, van Oosterhout bet 100,000 and was called. Vergeer also checked the :::6d river with 581,000 behind and was pushed all in.
Vergeer tanked for a bit and eventually called it off with his pocket kings to expose the bluff of van Oosterhout.
