Ladies and gentlemen, cards are in the air here at Unibet Open Tallinn! Who will hoist the trophy late tonight? It could be any of these 15 chaps. One of them – Mr. Dmitry Varlamov of Russia – has lifted the Unibet Open trophy before, back in Troia almost exactly one year ago. Several of them have also come pretty close in some major tournaments – Lauri Meidla finished in 19th place at EPT Tallinn in 2011 and our current chip leader Andrejs Perederejevs came 15th at this year’s Irish Open.
While play has already begun here at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia, our live stream will be broadcast on a 15 minute delay from 2pm. We will be acting as a kind of card-playing time machine, making every effort not to spoil any surprises while keeping you abreast of all the action from both tables before the live stream begins and from the outer table afterwards.
