Lappin Chips Up; Shows Quads
After a raise to 800 by Mihai Manole and a call by Orestis Kanakopoulos, David Lappin called on the button and Henrik Jeppsson in the small blind three-bet to 3,400. Unibet Poker eSports Star Kevin Teller folded in the big blind and Manole as well as Lappin called. The flop fell :::Kd:::6d:::6s and Jeppsson checked, Manole bet 5,000 and Lappin called before Jeppsson folded.
The :::9h turn was checked through and the :::5s on the river brought a check by Manole. Lappin moved all in for effectively 18,000, as that’s what Manole had left, and the Romanian folded. "I think I have to show because you are here," Lappin said and flashed :::6h:::6c for quads!
