The Unibet Belgian Poker Championship 2019 €550 Main Event starting flights are officially in the books with a total of 419 entries joining in on the atmosphere at Casino Blankenberge.
At 1 pm today, 171 hopefuls return to action for Day 2 with a place in the money spots the aim, before their attentions turn to seal a spot in the final day.
Dutchman Gerrit Blanckaert (385,000) holds the start of day chip lead but will need to look over his shoulder with Farukh Tach (368,500), Miguel Coussement (357,000), Jeffrey Drooghenbroodt (341,000), and Brian Heylen (320,000) hot on his heels.
Well-known Unibet community member William ‘HensiePensie’ Hens (239,000), two-time Unibet Open champion Mateusz Moolhuizen (168,000), Dehlia De Jong (130,500), Belgium all-time money list #2 Pierre Neuville (122,000), and Unibet ambassador Charlotte Van Brabander (81,000) will also be in action.
The play will start in level 13 with blinds at 2,000-3,000-3,000 big blind ante.
