Raoul Refos opened to 3,200 from under the gun and Aleksander Kalinowski three-bet to 8,000 from the cutoff. The action reached back to Refos and he moved all in for 29,400. Kalinowski tank-called for half his stack with :::As:::Qh and Refos held the :::Ah:::Ks.

The flop :::6h:::Qs:::Jd gave Kalinowski the lead, but the :::Kh on the turn restored the preflop order. A blank :::2d river locked up the hand for the Dutchman and he doubled up.
