Outer Table
Robbie McCormack raised to 120,000 and was called by Michael Brock from one seat over. The flop came :::Qd{10s}:::4s and McCormack bet 275,000, Brock then moved all in and McCormack called after some consideration for around 1 million in chips. The tournament staff told the dealer to wait with the showdown until the current hand on the feature table was finished, as two players eliminated on different tables would possibly chop the payouts of 10th and 9th place.
Robbie McCormack: :::Ks:::3s
Michael Brock: :::7s:::6s
"You are ahead," Brock immediately said even before the cards were turned over and saw he was in bad shape. He gained a lot of outs with the :::8c turn and improved to a pair on the :::7h river to send McCormack to the rail in 10th place.
There will now be a 15-minute break and the nine remaining players then return for the nine-handed final table with 02:52 minutes left in the current level.
Michael Brock | 2,800,000 | 1,050,000 |
Robbie McCormack | 0 | -750,000 |
