Samuel Baneham Eliminated in 4th Place (€20,440)

Samuel Baneham found himself in an ugly spot after he raised the cutoff with :::Kx:::Kx. Martin Olali called from the button, as did Steven Vollers from the small blind.

The flop came :::4h:::Jh:::2d and after Vollers checked to him, Baneham bet 330,000, Olali got out of the way but Vollers check-raised to 880,000. Baneham went all in, and Vollers quickly called off, tabling pocket fours for a flopped set. Baneham couldn’t find a king on the :::9h turn and :::Js river, and the massive pot gave Vollers a huge lead over the two remaining competitors.
