Unibet Open offers four flagship events during €1m guarantee Unibet Online Series starting this month
Satellites are on now for the third online Unibet Open – and the final one of 2020. Unibet Poker is laying on a ton of satellite qualifiers for the Unibet Open Main Event, running 24/7 and starting as low as 50 cents.
The Unibet Open forms part of the Unibet Online Series with several flagship events scheduled, including the €250,000 guaranteed Main Event on Sunday, December 13.
The Unibet Open festival will mark a spectacular finale for the tenth edition of the Unibet Online Series which begins November 22 with more than 130 events. Click here for the full Unibet Online Series schedule.
As well as the two-day £250,000 guarantee Unibet Open Main Event, other Unibet Open tournaments taking place include the £15,000 guarantee Unibet Opener Rebuy on December 9, the £15,000 guarantee Unibet Open Online Warm-Up on December 12 plus an additional two-day £40,000 guarantee Unibet Open event starting December 13. There are also two Unibet Open Challenges Freerolls taking place on January 3 and January 9, open to all players who have earned 100,000 or more points in the Q3 2020 Unibet Poker Challenges.
Quiz night
The Winter edition of the Unibet Open will also feature the return of the Unibet Open online quiz night taking place on December 8. Unibet Ambassador Ian Simpson is hosting the evening on the Unibet Open Twitch channel. Links to register for the quizzes will be published soon. There will be three quizzes in all, running one after the other, with top prizes on offer. Quiz night will give Unibet players the chance to test their knowledge skills against fellow Unibet fans as well as Unibet Ambassadors. Capacity is limited to 1,500.

Unibet Open Main Event
The Main Event on December 13 will cost €1,100 to enter, and features a single re-entry option with a 15k starting stack. Late reg is open until the end of level 12. The final Day 2 will resume at 7pm on Monday, December 14.
The last Unibet Open online in October was won by Unibet regular Padraig “John_smith2” O’Neill. O’Neill turned a €50 satellite win into a lifetime best cash of €79,998 after beating a 387-entry field. He told PokerNews afterwards: “I am thrilled to have booked my biggest ever win in the Unibet open Online. I play on the site most nights and I actually qualified all the way from a €50 satellite.”
The total prize pool in the Main Event was €406,350 – considerably more than the €150,000 guarantee. Some 62 players finished in the money with a min-cash worth €1,767.
Promotions such as extra leader boards, a Bubble Burster Showdown tournament and exciting mystery tournaments are set to be featured during the Series generating thousands of euros in cash prizes.
