It folded around to Petri Pietila in late position, who promptly went all in. In the big blind, Piotr Kula thought about it for a while before making the call.

Kula: :::3s :::3c

Pietila’s pair of aces was good to take the pot, and the stacks were assessed. Pietila doubled up to 130,000 while Kula was left with… 7,000. Of that, 2,400 went in the next hand as the small blind and ante. “I’m committed!” he told the table cheerfully.
As it was, Pietila raised again this time. Kula called all in from the small blind, and Auke Attena called too from the big blind. Chips flew back and forth between Attena and Pietila, until Pietila was all in as well by the turn. Three-way showdown!
Kula: :::7c :::8d
Pietila: :::As :::8s
Attena: :::Ah :::4h
Board: :::Ks :::3d :::2s :::5h :::6h
The dealer initially tried to award the pot to Pietila, but was corrected by a floorman and shipped it over to Attena with his straight. Thus we lost both Pietila and Kula in the same hand, and we play on.
