Chipleader Monica Vaka and another big stack Tomasz Kozub were seated next to each other with the redraw and the two instantly tangled in a big pot.
Ionut-Alin Tambura played a supporting role by setting up the clash. The Romanian raised to 40,000 in middle position, Vaka three-bet to 92,000 from the cutoff, Kozub four-bet to 150,000 on the button, Tambura folded and Vaka called.
On the :::5c:::3d:::Tc flop, Vaka checked, Kozub bet 125,000 and Vaka quickly called.
The turn was the :::2d and Vaka checked a second time. Kozub cut out a bet of 200,000 and Vaka once again called without much hesitation.
Both players quickly checked the :::8h on the river.
"King high," Vaka said with a hint of sadness in her voice as she showed :::Kd:::Jd. Kozub opened up :::Qs:::Qh and dragged in the big pot.
