In less than five minutes, the nine remaining players will take their seats at the Final Table of the Unibet Poker Belgian Championship Main Event here in Casino Blankenberge! All players hail from Belgium, three have traveled from the Wallonian part of the country and the other six live right here in the Flanders part of Belgium.
Christophe De Meulder has taken the chip lead into today and will be looking to keep that position all the way through. Samir Akhoullou is trailing in second place and will be looking to bring the trophy back with him to Wallonia.
Jonas Van Baelen is closing the podium for today. Also featuring on the Final Table are Koen Lauwereys, Tom Hermans, Dominique Potenza, Werner Schroons, Peter Dupont, and Fabrice Halleux.
They will continue playing Level 24 for another 13 minutes which features a small blind of 25,000, big blind of 50,000, and big blind ante of 50,000. After that, levels will increase to 60-minutes each and a 15-minute break is scheduled between every two levels.
