Zammataro and Jarvinen Out
It seems that the players tend to bust two at a time, on different tables, as this happened once again just now. Tapio Jarvinen had most of his chips in a 220,000 pot with jacks versus queens and then failed to improve with :::Ax:::Jx versus pocket sixes according to our blogger colleague Juhani from Finland.
And then, Nicolas Zammataro open-shoved the small blind for what looked like 13 big blinds. Karl Stark asked for a count but then saw how much it was to call before the dealer had counted it fully.
Zammataro: :::Qh:::8d
Stark: :::Ah:::8s
The board ran out :::Jc:::7h:::Js:::3h:::3c and the ace kicker won the pot for Stark.
Karl Stark | 225,000 | 115,900 |
Nicolas Zammataro | 0 | -30,000 |
Tapio Jarvinen | 0 | -87,300 |
