Zapf’s Bluff Goes Wrong

Manuel Zapf raised and picked up two callers including Bert Geens from one seat over. On the flop {10d}:::6h:::Js, Zapf continued and just Geens called to see the :::8c on the turn. Zapf bet 9,500 into a pot of 11,000 and was called before shoving the :::6s river.

Geens snap-called with :::Jh:::9h for top pair and Zapf’s bluff with the :::Ac:::Qh was caught, leaving the Austrian behind with only a small stack.
